Sina Frank is Head of State & Local Government Affairs for Germany at Cisco. In this role, she leads Cisco’s engagement with federal states and municipalities across Germany. Before joining Cisco, she served as Chief of Staff to the Chair of the German Trade Union Confederation (DGB) and worked for the Berlin Senate Chancellery as well as in Brussels for the European Commission on the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe.
